A few rules so it's clear how things work at viizii.
What viizii is
viizii is interactive educational and entertaining content for kids. We provide the service “as is” and do our best to keep it available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation without outages.
We keep developing viizii's content and features, so they may change over time.
Accounts
A viizii account is always created by an adult. That adult is responsible for how it's used and for the children who use the content under their supervision.
You're responsible for your sign-in details. If you suspect someone gained access to your account, please let us know.
Rules of use
Please use viizii fairly and in line with its purpose. You may not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, automatically scrape content, bypass security, or attempt to access parts not intended for you.
Content and its use
All viizii content — scenes, images, and sounds — is protected and belongs to the operator or is used under licence.
As a user, you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't redistribute or reuse it without our consent.
viizii is free
viizii is currently provided free of charge. We may change the offering and scope of the service in the future; we'll let you know about any major changes.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. If these terms are breached, we may limit or end access to the service.
Limitation of liability
viizii is a companion for play and discovery, not a replacement for education or adult supervision. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms and the relationship between you and the operator are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. You'll always find the current version on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
