What data we process
We process the data needed to sign you in and run your account — mainly your email, your name if you provide it, and your settings such as your chosen language.
We also process basic technical data necessary to keep the service running and secure. We collect only the minimum needed.
Why we process it
We use the data to run accounts and the service, keep it working and secure, and reply to you when you get in touch.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Children
A viizii account is always created by an adult who supervises its use. We keep only the minimum data about children needed to run the service.
Sharing with others
To run the service — for example to host it and to sign you in — we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf. Your data is processed within the European Union.
We only share data to the extent needed to run the service or where the law requires it.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as you have a viizii account. After you delete it, we remove the data within 30 days at the latest — except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to processing.
You can exercise your rights by emailing support@viizii.app.
Local storage
We store in your browser only what's needed to sign you in and remember your settings. This storage is not used to track you across websites.
Security
We protect your data with reasonable technical and organisational measures to reduce the risk of misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.
Supervisory authority
If you believe we handle your data improperly, you have the right to contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

We may update this policy from time to time. You'll always find the current version on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
